Online BeSARPP Graduation Day 2021<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

WELCOME<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dear Residents (Past, Current and Future)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are really important for the future of our medical specialty in Belgium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this very reason, the BeSARPP (the society that promotes Anesthesiology as a medical science) organizes a yearly event dedicated to honor your enthusiasm and commitment before and during your residency: the \u2018Graduation Meeting\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this \u2018Graduation Meeting\u2019, you will get the unique opportunity to share your scientific work (Masterworks, abstracts presented at international congresses, resident work) not only with your colleagues of other universities but also with the anesthesiologists from hospitals, your potential future employers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this occasion, a number of prizes will be awarded to the various competitors including the brave one who submitted case reports for the new electronic section of the Acta Anasthesiologica Belgica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2021, the BeSARPP Graduation Day will be held online<\/span><\/strong> on 19 June. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Presenters and jury members must NOT register. This will be done automatically.
Regular participants must register for each room they want to attend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rules for Presentation<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Presenters are requested to join 5 minutes before the start of the online meeting.
\u2022 All presenters must attend the full online session of their room (the meeting will receive accreditation points).
\u2022 A PowerPoint Presentation must be prepared of maximum 10 minutes. Please open your PowerPoint on your computer and once it is your turn, click on \u2018Share Screen\u2019. When your screen is shared, you can start presenting your presentation in English. Please turn your camera on during the presentation.
\u2022 5 minutes are available after the presentation for discussion\/Q&A
\u2022 Stop \u2018sharing screen\u2019 after your presentation
\u2022 If it is not your turn, you are requested to \u2018mute\u2019 yourself and to turn off your camera in order to not disturb other presenters with background noises.
\u2022 !! Presentation times must be respected !!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The camera and microphone are not turned on from participants.
\u2022 If a participant has a question, these must be asked through the \u2018Q&A\u2019 function.

2. All submitted works should be in English (American orthography and grammar)<\/strong>
